By accessing and using Thunder TV's streaming service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Thunder TV provides an internet-based television streaming service offering access to live TV and video-on-demand. The service includes:

• Access to 24,000+ live channels
• 90,000+ video-on-demand titles
• Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
• Multi-device streaming

Subscription terms:

• Available in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
• Prices listed in USD and subject to change
• Payment processed at time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• One-time payment options also available

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute account credentials
• Use the service for commercial public exhibitions
• Attempt to bypass technical restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Copy, record, or capture content for redistribution

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

Ownership: Content is owned by respective copyright holders and licensed to us.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without explicit permission.

Uptime: We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend service. Advance notice provided where possible.

Limitations: Quality depends on your internet connection and device.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or harassment of our staff
• Payment failure or chargebacks

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
