Thunder TV offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If the service is not working properly within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Service issue caused by technical problems on our end
  • Multiple accounts or subscription abuse excluded

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be granted if:

  • Service is unavailable due to issues on our servers
  • The majority of channels are inaccessible
  • Payment was processed incorrectly or duplicated
  • Service could not be activated within 48 hours

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Service is working properly on your end
  • Individual channels go offline (content provider issues)
  • Service interruptions caused by your internet or hardware
  • Channels removed by content providers (force majeure)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after 7 days

  • No recurring monthly charges
  • No automatic renewal
  • Service expires at the end of your selected period
  • Manual renewal required to continue service

6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24–48 hours
  • Crypto refunds processed at current exchange rate
