From the Home screen, open Settings (gear icon) → My Fire TV → Developer Options.
Note: If Developer Options is hidden, open 'About' and click your Device Name 7 times.
Toggle Install Unknown Apps to ON to allow installs outside the Amazon Appstore.
From the Home screen, choose Find → search 'Downloader' → install the official app.
Open Downloader. In the URL box, enter the download code or direct URL provided in your Thunder TV welcome email.
When the download finishes, click Install → Done.
Delete the APK file to recover storage.
Open the Thunder TV app, enter your username and password, click Login. Channels and VOD load within seconds.
